Plattsburgh, NY – The impact of the row between New York Governor Eliot Spitzer and Republican State Senate Majority Leader Joseph Bruno, and the use of the State Police, is being felt in all corners of New York State. North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley finds that some northern New York representatives are concerned that the continuing conflict will begin to erode the legislature's ability to effectively govern.
