Albany, NY – State Senator Eric Schneiderman today and other lawmakers joined Albany Bishop Howard Hubbard, New Yorkers Against the Death Penalty Executive Director David Kaczynski, murder victim's mother Janice Grieshaber and Jeffrey Deskovic, recently freed after serving 16 years in prison for a Peekskill murder he did not commit, to urge State Senators to say no to reinstating the death penalty in New York State.
