Albany, NY – Saratoga hospital is looking at a proposed $8.5 million dollar expansion project that would include a nursing home & senior housing. The hospital has an 8 and a half million dollar option to buy the former Bondlyn Meadows Horse Farm. Officials toured the entire site Monday.
