Kingston, NY – The Supreme Court is known for making landmark decisions. Sometimes, those decisions come when it decides whether to take a case or not. The Court declined to take a case affecting the Hudson Valley yesterday, which means a big fine for New York City - but environmentalists say the city is still polluting a creek in Ulster County. WAMC's Julia Taylor explains.
