Kingston, NY – Climate change has long been a topic of academic talks and international conferences. But it's starting to hit home in the Hudson Valley, as farmers prepare for the effects of global warming on their crops. Cornell Cooperative Extension is encouraging fruit growers to think about climate change through classes at their annual fruit growers school in Kingston. WAMC's Julia Taylor reports.
