Plattsburgh, NY – New York Senator Charles Schumer, a long-time critic of the Department of Homeland Security's passport plan for the northern border, calls the department's latest approach half baked. In Buffalo this week, Schumer said he will introduce legislation that would force a delay in requiring passports at land borders. WAMC's North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley has more.
