Albany, NY – New York Governor Eliot Spitzer laid out his property tax cutting plan before a packed room of county officials from around the state. The Governor asked for their help in fighting what he termed status quo interests that he expects will oppose his new budget. Capitol Correspondent Karen DeWitt reports.
