Albany, NY – The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, District II/NY , or "A-COG" is out with a report calling on Governor Eliot Spitzer to implement a universal maternity care program in New York State to improve the health of pregnant women and their future children. Capital District Bureau Chief Dave Lucas reports.
