Plattsburgh, NY – Last year was the warmest on record, according to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. Last month was the warmest December ever in Vermont. The warm winter is triggering spring activity in some plants, including sap run in maple trees. WAMC's North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley has more.
