Plattsburgh, NY – The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation has announced that the city of Plattsburgh will receive a 700-thousand dollar grant from state Environmental Protection Funds to develop a new boat launch facility. WAMC's North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley has more.
