Plattsburgh, NY – Last week the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and State Department announced that people from the US, Canada, Mexico, and Bermuda must have a passport when flying into the United States beginning January 23, 2007. Those concerned about changes in passport rules and regulations emphasize that these rules are for air travelers and are NOT for travelers crossing land borders.
