Albany, NY – University at Albany President, Kermit Hall is in Nanjing, China right now, to promote and strengthen international collegiate relations. He spoke to WAMC's Glenn Busby about the duel diploma program that the University at Albany has partnered with East China Normal University. But first President Hall tells us about the city of Nanjing.
