Plattsburgh, NY – The Plattsburgh Common Council made their final decision Thursday evening regarding who will fill the vacancy left when Mayor Dan Stewart left to take a position in state government. The six city councilors chose not to put the current Mayor Pro Tem in the interim Mayor's position. WAMC's North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley has more.
