Plattsburgh, NY – During the end of session activity Friday, the New York State Legislature finally approved a slew of appointments to various state posts. Among those was the appointment of the now former Mayor of Plattsburgh Dan Stewart to the Chairmanship of the state Commission of Correction. Stewart leaves his elected post mid-term.
