Albany, NY – The Albany School District is taking heat for data released Monday in an audit report by state comptroller Alan Hevesi's office showing that it did not report 87 percent of the violent incidents that occurred at Albany High School in 2003-2004. Superintendent Eva Joseph says the discrepancies are a result of confusion from changing State Education Department requirements. WAMC's Capital District Bureau Chief Jessica Bloustein reports.
