Graduation rates still a concern

Albany, NY – New York's schools are meeting the annual yearly progress requirements of the No Child Left Behind Act and students are meeting and exceeding higher standards, according to school report cards released today by the State Education Department. But lingering low graduation rates have prompted the Board of Regents to recommend more aggressive changes in schools. WAMC's Capital District Bureau Chief Jessica Bloustein reports:
