Plattsburgh, NY – Efforts are underway to delay implementation of tighter border crossing rules between the U.S. and Canada. Two national tourism groups have penned a letter in support of Vermont Senator Patrick Leahy's efforts to stall the Initiative's implementation. WAMC's North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley has more.
