Albany, NY – The brackets are filled, and college basketball commentators and enthusiasts aren't giving the University at Albany's 16th-seeded Great Danes much of a chance. But the 2006 America East Division Champions have already won for their school-elevating a sports program and boosting the university's all-around reputation.
WAMC's Capital District Bureau Chief Jessica Bloustein caught up with the Danes just before they set off to Philadelphia, where Friday night they will play in the NCAA tournament against the top-seeded University of Connecticut.
