Albany, NY – Officials in the governor's office announced Sunday night that Governor Pataki plans to veto legislation that would allow pharmacists to provide women, without prescriptions, the contraceptive commonly known as the morning-after pill. Pro-choice advocates say it's a turn-about for the governor and believe a veto is politically motivated.
