Fort Ann, NY – The Adirondack Council is claiming a report from the Adirondack Park Agency staff signals the end of a controversial cell tower project near Lake George. But the report cited is only one of several to be reviewed, and supporters of the project say the Council is prematurely declaring the project closed.
