Burlington, VT – In mid-February a judge dismissed a lawsuit challenging random searches of passengers' carry-on luggage and vehicles using Lake Champlain ferries. The ACLU of Vermont has now decided to appeal that ruling. WAMC's North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley has more.
