Albany, NY – Planned Parenthood is taking issue with how Consumer Reports magazine came up with its condom ratings. Two of three Planned Parenthood condoms that were tested came in last, and second-to-last. Planned Parenthood officials say the testing method is to blame, while those at Consumer Reports stand by their ratings. WAMC's Hudson Valley Bureau Chief Allison Dunne filed this report.
