And if you're the host of a seasonal party it can be one of the biggest stresses you have to deal with. North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley recently spoke to AOL's Food Editor Jane Kirby, who lives in Vermont, who offered tips to enjoy the season - whether you're eating or cooking the holiday fare.
