New MassWildlife Director Looks To Raise Agency's Profile And Funding

        The Massachusetts Division of Fisheries and Wildlife has a new director.

  Mark Tisa has been at MassWildlife for 31 years and for the last 3 years was Deputy Director.

  Tisa heads an agency that most people in Massachusetts don’t have contact with unless they are purchasing a hunting or fishing license.

  WAMC’s Pioneer Valley Bureau Chief Paul Tuthill spoke with Tisa.
