An Oscar winner will kick off Williamstown Theatre Festival’s 62nd season this June.Marisa Tomei will star in Tennessee’s Williams’ The Rose Tattoo from June 28 through July 17. The Academy Award winner’s three-decade career is highlighted by films such as My Cousin Vinny, In The Bedroom and The Wrestler.

The world premiere of the comedy Romance Novels for Dummies follows on Williamstown’s Main Stage. The festival closes with An American Daughter. The Nikos Stage will offer a number of world and American premieres starring Michael Stuhlbarg, Alfred Molina and Jane Kaczmarek.

The Williamstown Theatre Festival’s season runs from June 28 through August 21.
