New Leader Named For Western Mass. Red Cross Chapter

The Pioneer Valley Chapter of the American Red Cross has a new executive director. Kim Goulette of Southampton, Massachusetts, has over 20 years of experience in running non-profits. She replaces Rick Lee, who retired after 30 years as director of the Springfield-based Red Cross chapter. WAMC’s Pioneer Valley Bureau Chief Paul Tuthill spoke with Goulette
