Gay Pride Group Celebrates Supreme Court Ruling On Marriage

Gay rights activists in western Massachusetts continue to celebrate the Supreme Court’s ruling on same-sex marriage. 

Springfield Pride held a rally Thursday for  people to talk about what the court’s ruling means for them personally and for the gay rights movement in general.   The openly-gay mayor of Holyoke, Alex Morse said the court sent a powerful message, especially to young people, about equal rights.

Amaad Rivera, founder and president of Springfield Pride said  nothing feels better than..justice.
