Massachusetts – Just 4 months into the 2010 fiscal year, Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick is facing a 600 million dollar budget gap. In order to achieve a balanced budget, Governor Patrick plans to make almost 300 million dollars worth of cuts to state agencies, and tap in to some reserves to bring in the rest.
