Massachusetts – National Grid Electric Company is seeking to raise their rates for Massachusetts customers starting next year. The company says they are trying to rebound from last winter's ice storm, and pay for much needed infrastructure investments. WAMC's Berkshire Bureau Chief Charlie Deitz has the story .
