Pittsfield, Ma – Pittsfield's City Council recently passed an ordinance to protect farm animals from overcrowding and harsh confinement. WAMC's Berkshire Bureau Chief Charlie Deitz reports that bill is symbolic because the city does not currently have any factory farms
