Lenox, Ma – The Upper Housatonic River, in Central Berkshire County, has been nominated as an Area of Critical Environmental Concern, or A.C.E.C. On Thursday night, the community was given the chance to make any final comments before the final decision by the Massachusetts Department of Energy and the Environment.
