Pittsfield, MA – There are 1.1 million school-aged children in Massachusetts, and currently 80 percent of them are with out after school programming. The commission designed to strengthen Massachusetts' afterschool system is hosting a public hearing tomorrow night in Pittsfield. WAMC's Berkshire Bureau Chief, Carrie Saldo, has this report;
