Newport, VT – Some livestock owners in Vermont's Northeast Kingdom are adamantly against the state Agriculture Agency's plan to require sites with livestock register with the state. Officials heard the defiance during a meeting this week to discuss the premises registration plan. WAMC's North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley has more.
