Swearing-in ceremonies continue for local elected officials. In New York, two county executives in the Hudson Valley are taking their oaths of office Friday.

Republican Marc Molarino will take his oath of office for a third and final term as Dutchess County executive. Molinaro, who defeated Democrat Joseph Ruggiero, will be sworn in at 11 a.m.at the Henry A. Wallace Center at the FDR Presidential Library and Home in Hyde Park. Across the Hudson River at 12 noon, Democratic Ulster County Executive Pat Ryan will be sworn in. Ryan handily defeated Republican Jack Hayes in November after having won a special election in April, also against Hayes. Ryan will be sworn in at the Restorative Justice & Community Empowerment Center on Broadway in Kingston.
