A media icon is scheduled to deliver the commencement address at Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, New York.
Chair, President and Editor-in-Chief of the Huffington Post Media Group Arianna Huffington will deliver the address at the 151st Vassar College Commencement exercises on Sunday, May 31. Vassar President Catharine Bond Hill says Huffington not only has been a trailblazer in the realm of online news, but brings a fresh perspective to defining success. In 2012, the Huffington Post site was awarded the first-ever Pulitzer Prize for an online news outlet. Huffington is the author of 14 books, most recently Thrive: The Third Metric to Redefining Success and Creating a Life of Well-Being, Wisdom, and Wonder.
