A co-leader of the New York State senate says the New York City mayor-elect has his full support when it comes to a certain plan.

Governor Andrew Cuomo, meanwhile, has set his sights on cutting taxes, and while he has said he supports universal pre-K, he has not endorsed an idea of how to pay for it.
