Over 15 providers and exhibitors will be present at the Veterans Stand-Down on

The free event is hosted by Vet 2 Vet of Sullivan County – a peer networking program for Veterans by Veterans. Vet 2 Vet provides Veteran peer support, peer counseling, financial literacy, advocacy, benefit advisement and more. The event is sponsored by Action Toward Independence.

In addition to the providers and exhibitors, the Veterans Stand-Down will include Veteran networking, help for Veterans in need, assistance for homeless Veterans, and other Veteran services. Veterans Administration representatives will be on hand, and military surplus clothing will be available. Benefit assistance will be offered throughout the day by accredited officers.

Food will be provided by the Yit Foundation and Buffalo Wild Wings, Jersey Mike’s Subs, Action Toward Independence, Pizza Hut and Red Lobster.
