My name is Dr Jehan-Pierre Du Pont, Director Of Education, and I am writing on behalf of Elks (IBPOEW) Sunset Lodge 295.
Our organization is The Elks (IBPOEW) organization Scholarship fundraiser for our Education department for Erie and Niagara County.

To be held at: Elks - Sunset Lodge 295, Improved Benevolent Protective Order of the Elks Worldwide.

Our Event date is July 1, 2023 between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM for the meet and greet, of which we would like for you to attend and meet members of the community. To support our Disadvantage youth trying to attend college and pursue excellence in their studies. At Elks (IBPOEW) Sunset Lodge 295, we are currently working on a project, our 70's Party Event and dance to benefit our Scholarship Program. In order to make a difference, we rely on the support of generous individuals and businesses in our community.

We would be most grateful if you would consider providing a donation and attend our event to meet our community because they need to know who you are personally because you are leading our community in action and by example, not just a name on the ballot box to our organization.
