RAILWAY KIDS is screenwriter Katie Cokinos' adaptation of the classic novel The Railway Children by Edith Nesbit. A family is displaced from their city home to a country cottage when their father is mistakenly arrested. Their stay in the country is shaped by a train that leads the kids to a station with unusual characters.
Actor Gary Warren, who appeared in the 1970 film version and lives now in Woodstock, will speak to the audience about his experiences filming the beloved movie.
