Come frolic through the fields with CLC!

During this guided sunset walk participants will enjoy learning about blooming flowers while making their way to the Kite Hill Gazebo Overlook. Once there, participants will have the opportunity to soak in the setting sun from the gazebo and hopefully experience the rising of May’s full moon, known as the Flower Moon.

What’s involved: This event will include walking approximately one mile on the Kestrel and Bobolink trails over mowed grass and packed earth to the Kite Hill Gazebo Overlook. There will be frequent stops to identify flowering plants and seating is available at the gazebo. The walk to the parking lot from the gazebo is a .3-mile walk on the Kestrel trail.

What to bring: Please bring a water bottle and wear weather-appropriate clothing and footwear. Social, leashed dogs are welcome, but please bring bags for waste.
