Composting may seem daunting, but it is really quite easy to do. This interactive workshop will introduce the whole family to the basics of composting. There will be opportunities to see, touch, and smell the phases of food scrap decomposition on their way to becoming a finished soil amendment. We will teach the basics of turning plant refuse from kitchen and yard into rich compost for your garden - a great project for the whole family.
