Authorities today identified the person whose body was found Saturday in a wooded area in Delmar, New York as 70-year-old Ruth Talmon of Schenectady County.
Authorities have ruled out foul play. Bethlehem Police say an investigation revealed that she traveled extensively around the Capital Region and country, and that it was typical for her to not have contact with family or friends for extended periods of time.
