Wrapping up its fourth season, Berkshire Opera Festival has two performances of Donizetti’s “Don Pasquale” this week.

Donizetti's "Don Pasquale," which premiered in 1843, is a comic opera that is receiving a fully-staged production by Berkshire Opera Festival on Tuesday, August 27 and Friday, August 30 at The Mahaiwe Performing Arts Center in Great Barrington, Massachusetts.

Directed by Jonathon Loy, the cast includes Craig Colclough as Don Pasquale, Matthew Grills as Ernesto, and Emmett O’Hanlon as Doctor Malatesta, and Metropolitan Opera soprano Deanna Breiwick plays Norina. The production is conducted by Brian Garman.

Joe grew up in Philadelphia, has been on the area airwaves for more than 25 years and currently lives in Washington County, NY with his wife, Kelly, and their dog, Brady. And yes, he reads every single book.
