Aziz Ansari will be at The Palace Theatre in Albany, NY on Tuesday, May 14th at 8pm as part of this leg of his Buried Alive tour. This tour will result in his third hour-long stand-up special - the previous two being Aziz Ansari: Intimate Moments for a Sensual Evening and Dangerously Delicious.
In 2005, Rolling Stone named him their choice for "Hot Standup" on their annual Hot List, and he was also awarded the Jury Award for Best Standup at the US Comedy Arts Festival in Aspen in 2006.
Aziz is also an actor, he currently co-stars as Tom Haverford on the NBC comedy, Parks and Recreation. Previous television credits include HBO’s Flight of The Conchords, Scrubs, and the MTV sketch comedy show, Human Giant. His film credits include Observe and Report, Funny People, and 30 Minutes or Less.
