Albany, NY – In today's Academic Minute, Dr. Jane Couperus of Hampshire College discusses the development of children's brains.
Dr. Couperus is assistant professor of developmental cognitive neuroscience. She earned a Ph.D. in child psychology at the Institute of Child Development at the University of Minnesota.
Dr. Couperus' research interests include the development and neurological substrates of attention focusing on visual selective attention in particular.
