N. Korea Food Aid

International food aid to N. Korea is drying up, as "donor fatigue" combines with a new phenomenon, "donor fury." Countries are angry about N. Korea's nuclear brinkmanship, and they're withholding food aid as a result. Aid workers say these developments put millions of people at risk of starvation. NPR's Eric Weiner examines the politics of food aid.
