Students Arrested Following Hazing Death

Plattsburgh, NY – A hazing incident in March resulted in the death of a Plattsburgh State student. Plattsburgh city police Wednesday arrested 11 Plattsburgh State students in injunction with the incident. Police also revealed an unusual cause of death: water intoxication.
