Hartford, CT – A New London judge has ruled that convicted serial killer Michael Ross is competent to give up appealing his death sentence. Ross is scheduled to die by lethal injection on January 26th. As WAMC's Connecticut Correspondent Av Harris reports, the move puts Ross one step closer to being the first person executed in Connecticut in 44 years.
