Here's NewsChannel 13 Meteorologist Paul Caiano's WAMC Regional Forecast:

Sunshine giving way to increasing clouds today. Highs near 30.

Thickening clouds tonight with snow developing before sunrise.  Lows in the lower 20's.

Snow tomorrow morning.  Snow will continue north of I-90 into the afternoon with most locations receiving 2-4 inches by dark.  Amounts of 3-7 inches are likely across the higher terrain.  South of I-90 steady light snow will taper to snow showers and mix with rain showers in the afternoon. Most locations will receive 1-3 inches of snow but under 2 inches in the mid and lower Hudson Valley and Connecticut Valley. Highs in the lower 30s.
