WAMC's Dr. Alan Chartock reflects on the one-year anniversary of George Floyd's murder by Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin. Dr. Chartock also comments on reports that the European Union has imposed sanctions on Belarus and is asking some airlines to avoid Belarusian airspace after the country's government grounded a Ryanair flight to arrest an opposition journalist on Sunday.
